A Workshop on ‘Dignity of Teaching Profession & Role Modeling’

In the workshop organized as a part of the mission of developing teachers’ efficacy and augment their commitment towards their profession, Mr. A.K.Sinha, Principal, DPS Baroda brought about a few realizations making the way for the faculties of Sarvanaman Vidya Mandir and Atmiya Vidya Mandir to dignify their chosen profession and assuming the Role Model in working environment. In the second half of the session, Mr. Sinha addressed subject specific queries related to teaching-learning process. The solutions to the queries ranged from mere commonplace technique to psychological realm. Thus, the workshop provided the teachers with specific solutions to their problems as well as supplemented them on moral ground.
