Inter House Hindi Poem Recitation Competition

Reciting poems and rhymes is very important for the development of children as it improves vocabulary skills of children and helps in their cognitive development. Children also love songs and rhymes with actions.  They not only learn the song but the actions too, which in turn also helps in the gross motor and fine motor development. 

In line of the same, Hindi Poetry Recitation Competition was held for the children from Classes I to V on Friday, 09^th August 2013. The participants showed their confidence, expression and talent to a large extent.

One could see and feel the enthusiasm that the children had in their presentation. Oh! What a wonderful way to express something through innocent words and actions in a melody with all smiles and giggles.
