Orientation Programme, Academic Year - 2015-16

The school had a week long orientation programme for the teachers after they reported. Each New Year comes with inherent changes and thus to orient and equip the teachers for the same, the orientation programme was carried out.

Keeping in view the changing trends in educational approaches and teaching pedagogy, school takes care of keeping the staff updated and ensures their professional development.

The in house Orientation Programme comprised… 

• Allotment of academic responsibilities
• Planning for curricular and extra-curricular activities
• Updating CCE modifications
• Preparation for integrated teaching plan and inter disciplinary FA activities
• Brainstorming session on common teaching methodologies for various subjects and making teaching learning process more comprehensive and interesting. The teachers demonstrated the same through some effective PowerPoint presentations
• Principal’s session on Promises of Professionalism

All the teachers actively participated to facilitate successful teaching-learning process in brief.

Apart from such Training Programmes, The Management- P.Fuvaji and P.Khandubhai plays a key role in supporting and inspiring the staff holding periodical meetings and get together catering to the personal needs of the teachers so that the staff enjoys stress-less working and experiences a homely environment.
