The 15th august is the most fortunate day in the history of India as our
country became independent after many centuries. This day always reminds us of
the untold sacrifices of the fighters of freedom. To salute those patriots and
martyrs who shed their blood and laid down their lives for achieving
sovereignty, The 69th Independence Day
was celebrated in the school. To celebrate the day, the tricolor flag was
hoisted and the National Anthem was sung. The next thrilling event was a house
wise march past which was followed by the sterling performances of patriotic
songs, poems, speeches and dances whipping up an atmosphere with inimitable
spirit of nationalistic sentiments. The Principal addressed the gathering,
upholding the spirit of patriotism and national pride.
