Ganesh Mahotsav

 September 17, 2010
The last week was marked with Hindi Lanuage flavor and secondly coloured with Ganesh Mahotsav. During Ganesh Chaturthi, amidst much fanfare and revelry, the idol of Ganesha  was installed in the school assembly hall in presence of the entire Sarvanaman Vidya Mandir fraternity.  Every evening witnessed auspicious aarti followed by distribution of prasad.
All the students were enthralled and thrilled when the immersion of the idol of Lord Ganesha took place on 17th September. Amidst shouts of ‘Ganpati Bappa Moriya ‘ the idol was carried to the bank of river Narmada. After performing aarti at the bank of the river, it was immersed into the holy water of Narmada.
