The 24th Annual GNFC Science Fair was held on 28thand 29thJan 2017. More than 24 students participated in innumerable science and math based competitions whereas 14 students had a hand in for multifarious workshops. Best of the smiles appeared on the faces of students, as they witnessed deserving laurels coming their way, in a form of rewards. Students displayed best of their talents and experienced a great intriguing and learning aura around them. Play With Maths, Origami, Low Cost Experiments, Tod PhodJod, Aeromodelling, Astronomy, Poster making and Warli Painting were some of the most resourceful workshops, in which the students performed dazzlingly.

Inter House Typing Competition
As we hurtle towards the 21st century, we must accept the inevitability of a computer revolution in the near future. Think you can type? Now it was SVM students’ chance to jump in the ring, take a seat at their keyboard and go head-to-head with the fastest typists around. The Typing Bee Competition was very productively organized at SVM.  The students put their fierce typing skills to the test for a chance to win in class wise as well as house wise competition and be crowned the first-ever ultimate typing champion. Accuracy and speed were the identified norms to evaluate the typists online.

HUNT OLYMPIAD (ITHO16)
The International Talent Hunt Olympiad, a test of competence and proficiency in Science, Maths and Mental ability, is held annually at the national and international levels, based on syllabus prescribed by CBSE/ICSE and the State Boards.
Total of 76 students participated in the International Talent Hunt Olympiads 16-17 which was held on 13th Jan2017. All the Students put their best foot forward to exhibit their prowess in Mathematics, Science and Mental Ability. All the students secured good ranks internationally and thereby were inspired and motivated.

Annual Sports Meet



Annual Sports Meet
The Sports Day, the most eagerly awaited day, was celebrated splendidly in the school. The opening ceremony had begun with the school flag hoisting followed by prayers. The spectacular march past competition by the students followed by a lighting of the Sports Torch, presented a glorious panoramic view. Dr. Shirish N Solanki, M K College, Bharuch was the Guest of Honour declared the The Annual Sports Meet Open. The house captains took the oath. The main attraction of the event was mass drill competition with innovative themes uniting countless formations.  In both the days of battle, plentiful athletic and team events were organized resulting into breath-taking climax. The evening of the last day was brimming with medals and certificates for proud winners.
