Watch your thoughts; they become your words.
Watch your words; they become your actions.
Watch your actions; they become your habits.
Watch your habits; they become your character.
Watch your character for it will become your destiny.
Cleanliness refers not only to the way we tend to our hygiene, but
also to the care we take to maintain and cherish all aspects of our
environments within our control. It is often a daily ritual in the house and
soul of setting things to rights. It may refer to purging ourselves of the
clutter that prevent us from moving forward with our work and play. The act of
being clean does not refer to being “spotless”, but to the art of moving
through the day making choices that increase the well-being and functionality
of ourselves and those around us.
To be more conscious of
cleanliness, Pooja Madam of Rani Lakshmibai House explained it through a
wonderful presentation with the help of fabulous animated videos on Thursday 27th
June. Students were engrossed in watching the presentation. Namasvi G Patel
(Class 3), Shrijita Sethia (Class 3) and Aatmann Patel (Class 4) danced on the tunes
of a cleanliness song. Children learned a lot from the presentation which would
help them to be free from germs and diseases.
